+Garden Style projects are typically wood frame,
+though some municipalities in south Florida
+require block construction due to hurricane standards.

+Essentially a catch-all category
+for residential projects that don't fit the previous.
+
+Examples include:
+- Multi-story wood frame building above concrete podium
+  or wrapped around concrete parking structure
+
