+This morning I woke up to my alarm at 05:10
+not especially groggy and feeling like I could start my routine.
+Because I didn't have anything planned
+and I didn't get to sleep until almost midnight
+I went back to sleep anyway.
+I woke up to my second alarm at 06:00
+feeling like I'd been hit by a train.
+I didn't get out of bed until after 06:10.
