### Minutes

Mitch and Aaron reiterated positive sentiments
about our volume of awarded work.

The current onboarding class has 74.

praised recruiting for recent success,
noting a significant number
of mechanical and plumbing foremen.

Noted that a major barrier to growth
is the availability of skilled labor.
PDI is largely not interested in buying competitors to address this,
and would rather continue to train those early in their careers.

PDI has been looking into [[ai]] to create or find tools
to make existing resources more productive.
