That's not me at all. I don't remember writing half of what's in [[this-notebook]]. This is intentional, allowing me to forget things I _know_ to make room for ideas I'm not decided on. See [[personal-knowledge-management]]. ## Content It's my own opinion that good notes are _text-first_. It can be difficult to explain certain concepts without visuals and that's all the more reason to try. Besides, if your ability to explain a concept is contingent on having access to prepared pictures or diagrams you're severely limiting when and where you can explain it. ## Handwritten Notes I take handwritten notes only where it would be inappropriate to use a keyboard. I'm interested in learning [[shorthand]] so that I can write faster while including more details.
