Knowing now that [[pdi-operations|Ops]]'s baseline estimate
isn't entirely redundant with [[conest|ConEst]]'s,
I'm less convinced that "detailed takeoff"
(for lack of a better term[^1])
could easily be removed from the [[pdi-estimating]] process.
