PDI Accubid Closeout: Equipment

[!important] Disclaimer This is my interpretation of what is meant by the cost names, not necessarily how each is used in practice. To that, it appears many are not used at all.

Crew phone storage

AUGER ON BOBCAT (per pole)

Augur hole for site pole foundation

MINI EXCAVATOR (per Month) EXCAVATOR - 11,000LB HYDRAULIC (per Month) BACKHOE 4WD (per Month) BACKHOE 4WD W/ OPERATOR (per Month)

Conventional excavation. Which is optimal is subject to debate based on exact scenario.

BOBCAT (per Month)

Skid-steer loader. Can be fitted with specialized attachments: Forks, augur, dozer bucket, etc.

Less versatile excavation machine

Utility Terrain Vehicle Like a fancy golf cart. Used to transport privileged individuals about the job site.

Single worker lift. Trade name "Genie".

CRANE - 50 TON (per Day)

Large equipment handling: switchgear, generators, etc.

PUMP 2" W/ 20' HOSE (per Month)

Used for excavation dewatering.

FORKLIFT (per ...)

Conventional forklift.

LULL / SHOOTING BOOM LIFT (per ...)

Telehandler forklift

SCISSOR LIFT - 19' (per ...)

As stated. Should not usually be necessary for new construction.

ROAD PLATES - 8X12 STEEL TRAFFIC RATED

For covering trenches through roadways.

Trench wall support, necessary for large excavations.

As stated. Often replaced by cell phones.

Robotic Total Station (RTS)

Survey equipment used to layout equipment: usually light fixtures, site or interior.
