Reorganize Media Notes

I had another thought to include BibTeX citations, but more idiomatic for Obsidian is to make a note for each source and put the BibTeX properties in the YAML frontmatter. these sources should be named like BibTeX references as well.

[!info] @ is allowed in windows filenames, but it may not be good practice to use them for universal compatibility.

Also put instructions on how to do this for new media somewhere logical.
