BPM Tasks Meeting

Meeting lead by josh-ford regarding conest-pre-takeoff-email-template#Tasks/Quotes Needed for WBS for pdi-pre-takeoff-confirmation:

Intent is to reduce WBS turnaround, reduce time spent sitting on WBS's completed except for pending tasks.

A task is "missing" if it is necessary to complete the WBS and it is not already open (or completed) in BPM.

BPM > Bid History: Tasks within the current Bid Round
BPM > Tasks: Tasks outside of Bid Round

Tasks > 1. Open Tasks Tasks > 2. Completed Tasks

If all necessary tasks are open or completed: "No tasks missing."

Prompted by joel-jansen, Josh clarified that "... Raceway Design" tasks are not necessary for Low Voltage, Telecom systems, only Public Safety DAS.
