+## BPM Tasks Meeting
+
+Regarding [[conest-pre-takeoff-email-template#Tasks/Quotes Needed for WBS]]:
+
+Intent is to reduce WBS turnaround,
+reduce time spent sitting on WBS's completed
+except for pending tasks.
+
+A task is "missing"
+if it is necessary to complete the WBS
+and it is not already open (or completed) in BPM.
+
+* **BPM > Bid History:** Tasks within the current Bid Round
+* **BPM > Tasks:** Tasks outside of Bid Round
+
+    Tasks > 1. Open Tasks
+    Tasks > 2. Completed Tasks
+
+* Constructability Review
+* Coordination Studies
+* DAS Pathway Design
+
+If all necessary tasks are open or completed:
+"No tasks missing."

+Prompted by Joel,
+Josh clarified that "... Raceway Design" tasks
+are not necessary for Low Voltage, Telecom systems,
+only Public Safety DAS.
