[[lustig_2015_strategic-foresight#Introduction]]
Lustig laments that "Strategic Foresight" is underutilized
but waits until chapter 1 to define it.
She conflates not using this specific technique
with "not think\[ing\] about potential futures"
and "fly\[ing\] by the seat of \[one's\] pants".
[Strategic Foresight](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_foresight)
has a Wikipedia page,
but I'll be so bold as to suggest it shouldn't.
It has the same problem as [[project-management-tm|"project management"]]
as the name of a discipline.
