The purpose of the pre-takeoff confirmation is to address potential discrepancies between the requirements of the project documents and the scope included in the pdi-bid-estimating team's proposed price.
Procedure
Complete the Template
Complete conest-pre-takeoff-email-template for the project. Direction is included in comments.
Send the Email
Paste the completed template content to the body of a new email.
