Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 20 oz tuna packed in water, drained (4 5-oz cans)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup celery finely chopped (about 1 rib)
- 2 tbsp red onion, minced (about 2 small slices)
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle or dill relish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving.
Notes

Makes 3 cups.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
