## BPM Tasks Meeting
|

regarding [[conest-pre-takeoff-email-template#Tasks/Quotes Needed for WBS]]

for [[pdi-pre-takeoff-confirmation]]:
|
|
|
|
Intent is to reduce WBS turnaround,
|
|
reduce time spent sitting on WBS's completed
|
|
except for pending tasks.
|
|
|
|
A task is "missing" if
|
|
1. it is necessary to complete the WBS
|
|
2. it is not already open (or completed) in BPM.
|
|
|
|
* **BPM > Bid History:** Tasks within the current Bid Round
|
|
* **BPM > Tasks:** Tasks outside of Bid Round
|
|
|
|
Tasks > 1. Open Tasks \
|
|
Tasks > 2. Completed Tasks
|
|
|
|

* DAS Pathway Design

If all necessary tasks are open or completed:

Josh clarified that "... Raceway Design" tasks

|
are not necessary for Low Voltage, Telecom systems,
|
|
only Public Safety DAS.
