303 Mariposa Residence Pre-takeoff Confirmation Email Review
Consultation with josh-ford regarding conest-pre-takeoff-confirmation for 303-mariposa-residence.
The project being a single family home, primary estimator jared-defanti requested Josh's aid with precise wording and takeoff assumptions.

Josh confirmed we are to exclude backboxes and stub-ups from takeoff.

Highlight 12 AWG minimum, metal boxes; add note "please confirm".
PVC Conduit
Confirmed no PVC except secondaries. Secondaries PVC40 with PVC80 elbow and stub-up.
Project Drawing/Detail Callouts
Delete section conest-pre-takeoff-email-template#Project Drawing/Detail Callouts since empty.
Fire Alarm
Use TERMINAL CABINET not HEAD END.
Did not specifically discuss with Josh, but assuming free-air assemblies for devices
Lighting Control
Confirmed 0-10V/Line voltage dimming per schedule.
Use "Low voltage" (rough-in only) assemblies
Note "rough-in only" in email.
Josh pointed out dimming receptacles.
Low Voltage
Add new line: "Shade Control: System is alternate, do we own rough-in?".

Josh noted that conest#ConEst Senior Estimator appreciate the new conest-pre-takeoff-confirmation process because they feel more familiar with the job when in conest-senior-review.
